If user add some icon to folder, on preview folder icon is visible small icon.

This is because texts have no icon 🙁 And the folder grid only tries to preview icons or widgets. Maybe in this specific case the launcher should display some kind of generic icon. Previewing text would be possible, but unreadable so probably not very useful.
