In past I write many time about bug with page indicators (different that dots) and seamless mode on. This bug is almost same, but this bug is with wallpaper. When is Scroll the wallpaper set as yes and seamless mode is set as yes:

Yes this kind of issue is difficult to solve. Wrapping occurs when reaching one end nd going back to the other end. This is even worse with the wallpaper because it’s not managed by the app itself.
In order to handle this correctly, the app should copy the wallpaper and paste it two times (or more) side by side to avoid the wrap effect, then replace the current wallpaper with the extended (and big) copy.
