I have significantly reduced the number of widgets and still had them periodically stop. I incorporated a restart 5 seconds after the display off using Automagic and that seems to fix it. The delay is needed cause restarting on display off without delay messed up the lockscreen activation. I really wish it was not needed.
Pierre, since I do not have any idea of the internals of LLx, could there be a less time consuming Restart option that just “refreshes” the widgets, without a complete restart of the launcher. I realize that a restart only consume a few seconds at worst case, but is there a possible quicker “Refresh” option possible?

I have same problem. I have to periodically restart llx.

I’ve heard that it might be caused from many widget on launcher.
I also restart LLx periodically by Tasker, but by using Screen on or off event-restart app, may be helpful.

At least I’m not the only one.

Maybe this is because Go is restarted each time you launch an app ? (well, almost)
Unfortunately I have no valid fix for this problem, except doing like what Bob Chernow does.

This is possible but complex, so at the moment a restart is the only safe way to do
