Whatsapp calls and lock screen:- Hi Pierre, I use LLx with your lock screen, and now that Whatsapp has the ability to make data phone calls, I am finding that when you are on a call, and move the phone from your head, the prox sensor must operate – and then the lock screen appears over the top. In a similar way to what happened when you first created the lock screen in early 2014 with alarm apps not getting placed over the lock screen. Is it possible to fix this ? Thank you, Nigel

Hum… honestly I don’t know. I remember the issue but to solve it I had to use a specific telephony manager API. I have no idea whether whatsapp provides such an API. There is probably some way to detect it but I don’t know which.

Pierre Hébert oh yeah I was wondering if there was a wait for lightning to put up a key card where the only touch that it would allow would be a defined lightning action. Kind of like those keyguard apps do, but allow the right response is to make it through to unlock the screen. on my Motorola Droid Maxx I can’t even really use third party lock screens of any kind or every thing is still touchable and there’s no security whatsoever really from accidental unlocking everything to find one that was still disabled like the hardware buttons and stuff like the stock lock screen
