Such a big Android version update may corrupt some data stuff. Have you tried deleting LLs data and start again from scratch? (make a backup first)

LL is not have support now… You must have LL extreme (actual version is 10.7.b3).

Yep unfortunately the old lighting is jus not supported anymore, there’s jus no way for him to spend time keeping extreme up to date and the old one
