Hi.

Hi.

I lost all my settings after the phone ran out of battery. When I turned on again there was only an empty desktop, no widgets, no icons, no folders, no bottom bar, only the wallpaper.

This is the 3rd time (including previous versions of the app when the phone runs out of battery ) that I needed to setup all from scratch.

My current version is v14.2b1(r2896)

Nexus 5

Android 6.0.1

Also there is a bug that cause some apps appears with 2 icons in the App Drawer one icon works and the other just said that the app is not installed. I don’t have this issue because I lost all but this problem appears after sometime of use.

Also please add the option that allow us to active auto organize icons in folders for example if you delete an app if you have an icon inside a folder you will see an empty space where the icon was.

Thanks.

I would guess you have a blank desktop set as home and not the one you have your setup on. Go to settings, config desktops to see.

Refresh app draw from 3dot menu top right to get rid of 2nd icon.

No, My default desktop Had all folders, other 2 desktops with widgets and the bottom bar with all icons pined(like default config) so those icons will be available in all desktop. When the problem appeared there is only one empty desktop you can’t scroll to other because there is no more available. also if you try zooming out you will see nothing including the pined icons are not available.

The problem with duplicated icons, when I saw that problem I tried refreshing the list with that option but nothing happened(I only saw how it reload all apps but again with duplicates). That problem always appears after some time of use some times I got 3-4 apps with 2 icons. I had this launcher more that one year and since that I had those problems and not only in one devices same problems with other phone and tablet.

When the devices turns off for low battery is when all is deleted, and the duplicate icons always happens no matter if I reboot the device, or restart the launcher or refresh the app drawer, it only is “fixed” if you deleted the app cache and starts with a clean config but again after some time I got duplicates.

Why don’t you do a backup ? Llx settings >Backup

So you just have to restore when all disappearing
