Is it because this parameter is overridden for each customized icon with a mask ? Apps with no matching icon in the pack are configured with masks and inner scale, hence, if my understanding is correct, if you change the inner scale at the panel level, it will not affect these customized items.

But i just saw this while adding an App to the Pannel. Look at the new Item (Kamera app on the right side) and look at the old Item. This Item have i sinds…. Month… Year.. Can’t remember.
All “old” Items don’t scale properly, new same Items (apps) scale normally.
