I believe this launcher is in your recent apps. What you can do is display this list using the dedicated button and close the launcher using an horizontal swipe.

no, it is the default launcher, the list doesn’t show it 🙁 moreover, i’m experiencing the same thing when i use the middle button to show the recent apps list and then i click the termibate all button. Instead of gettin back to llx, it gets back to the default launcher (It cannot be deactivated)

Maybe try to stop the app through the android application management screen. Apps can decide whether or not they appear in the recent list (not depending on whether they are running or not) and it seems this is the case for your launcher (and it makes sense after all)
