While I was adding a page indicator to the app drawer, I hit refresh and on the beginning page the icons were all scrambled around… And of course the phone rang right in the middle of it and I missed the chance to get a screenshot if it happens again I’ll get it oh and if somebody knows an easier way to free up that bottom row for the indicator without having to move every icon individually taking forever it would be nice to know, and yes I know it’s probably right in front of my face like everything else lol

I would suggest to let icons in this bottom row but change the vertical alignment of the indicator instead : if you align it to the bottom (with a few pixels margin), it usually fit under the icons but in the same row

Thanks I finally made it work… I was thinking about doing the bottom row with the circles and a folder on each side if there was a way to make the bottom row stay blank after hitting sort but this is fine for me 😁😁

Maybe set the grid size to 5 (for instance) use the sort function, then resize to 6, but this will work for the custom mode only, not the other since they will be recomputed each time.

Pierre Hébert well again you nailed it bro that works for sure.. I really probably would have never thought of that lol oh yea looks like I gotta two indicator rows too.. And is it normal if I use the indicator in one desktop, it removes it from another? Basically, can you only have indicators on the home?

You can have more than one indicator per desktop, but since page indicators are pinned by default they appear always on the home page. Is there something I am missing ?

When I changed the home to a different desktop it removed the indicator from the old one… I jus didn’t know if it only works on one desktop marked as home… I put the indicator on desktop number one that was marked as home, then when I marked desktop 2 as home and looked at the first one again the indicator was gone, see what I’m saying

That’s weird, these indicators should not vanish 🙁

I cannot reproduce this bug, do you have a reproducible way to trigger the bug ?

Hmmm interesting I may have done something to get the result.. I’ll see if u I can get it again… I jus know when I went back to the first desktop after selecting a different home the indicator wasn’t there..but the scrambled drawer is pretty constant

Pierre Hébert I tried to recreate problem, but was unsuccessful and honestly it kind of baffles me because I know I didn’t remove it from the first original default home screen so I don’t know but it’s working now lol but one more question when adding an indicator to the very bottom of the page kind of like I did in the app drawer, half of the box you resize the indicator with drops down below the page line. Is there any way to stop it from creating another page below just because the indicators box size goes down into the next page? I want to put that line at the very bottom of a page without creating another page below it would be cool to figure that out. And also when zooming in and out on a panel using the pinch zoom always zooms the whole desktop and never just the grid of the panel whether it’s an edit mode for the desktop panel or whatever. I’m just curious if that’s just the way it is or do I have a setting I need to change where pinch to zoom will only work the panel when panel is in edit mode. Thank you so much for your time Pierre I really appreciate it brother

Too bad, bugs that don’t always appear are the hardest to fix 🙁

At the moment it is not possible to “fake” the desktop size and specifies custom bounds. I think this has been suggested by TrianguloY and is probably on the todo list though.

Pinch zoom simply doesn’t work on panels, there is no magic switch…

Oohhh ok thank you that’s all I needed to know… I jus didn’t know if it worked on panels… Well I figured out jus to double tap the panel to zoom out then jus fine tune pinch the desktop lol good enough for me
