Pierre Hébert damn.
Pierre Hébert damn… Wah Wah Wah.. , it just did it again all the sudden the page indicators disappeared and when i double tap to zoom in or out it goes all the way out until everything disappears. I didn’t change anything or nothing and didn’t even back it up before it happens so, going to have to trash that one and it’s going to sting a little bit lol at least I know now to go and back it up more often when I am in the middle of construction

Question: do you have ‘swap mode’ enabled?
Pierre Hébert I discovered that if you have that mode and you move a non pinned item over a pinned one, they exchange positions…with the problem that have.

TrianguloY no its not using any of those kinda features… I don’t get it, I went to a nap and came back and it’s gone. I have the default indicator in dock setup basically with the line and dots, the line indicator is still there but the dots have disappeared.. And also double click to zoom just makes it seem so far away you can’t see anything, I’ve tried resetting and everything the only thing that fixes it is to completely wipe it and start over

Don’t trash yet! Looks like the indicator’s position is way off. Locate through Items >> Hierarchie and delete, then re-add.

Could it be that this behavior of the dissapearing page indicators has something to do with mine problem of my drawer mentioned in my other bug report?
When i am in “my drawer” and list the hierarchy i have 8 (yes 8) page indicators, but i find none!!! But obvious they are there. But invincible. How can i get rid if them?
A longclick on the hierarchy item with an option to delete an entry is nice.

Ah. Btw i scroll vertical through my apps and not horizontal. I switched the standard scroll direktion of the appdrawer just like it was in the version before 12.x.x

Lutz Linke I did that, trust me I tried everything lol

You should be able to access the item menu through the hierarchy menu, from there you will get the remove menu item except if the menu is not displayed, which wouldn’t surprised me so much.
There is probably a bug in the pinned item location computation when it is added, or something is not saved as it should. I will dig in this direction.

Pierre Hébert I figured it out! Omg it’s this one widget I’ve been using, a GPS widget.. When I added to the screen it does that crazy stuff, when I remove it from the screen it goes back to normal and it only does it with that one widget so… But that same widget works on other launchers just fine, idk

A widget that hides/kills the page indicator?? Which app/widget is that?

Corey Spell weird! Could it be that you use “auto” for row or column size? I remember a conflict with widgets because both try to auto detect their size, might be related! Although I am not sure how page indicators should be affected by this 🙁

Pierre Hébert it is extremely weird, I don’t use anything automatic I just do everything myself and through many hours of process of elimination it was brought down to the exact point of this one widget, on the screen the indicators disappeared and zooming messes up, off the page it goes back to normal by itself. if you ever want to experiment with it or see exactly what it is causing it I can give you an exact copy of the apk I used or if anybody else wants to try to figure that one out lol
