I found a bug:
On Samsung Galaxy Tab with Android 2.2 action bar is missing after use of fullscreen apps like camera. It re-apprears only after using non-fullscreen apps.

Is android 2.2 even supported?

This is probably 4.2.2. But LL does not use the action bar ? The app drawer has a bar, but this is a custom control. Which action bar are you talking of ?

Thank you for your fast response.
Ulrich Mehlis I know Android 2.2 is not really new anymore, but I installed LLX with an official Google Play download, so I think it could only be installed if it’s compatible with my device and my OS version (and LLX works with great performance there). Please correct me if this is wrong.
Pierre Hébert No, I really wrote about Android Froyo (2.2). With “action bar” I meant the notification bar on top where time, battery status and wifi quality is displayed. Sorry for my misleading description.
The bar disappears if I use a fullscreen app. I could call the wifi on/off, rotate on/off settings using a gesture, but the bar is still missing. It only reappears if I use an app which is not fullscreen.
If this is not fixable I could think about a workaround like some scripting within LLX, but I’m unconversant with that.

Could it be that the “Hide the status bar” is checked (in Miscellaneous section) ?
The Android system UI manages the visibility of this bar, so I can’t tell why it wouldn’t display it again in the launcher if this option is not checked.
I am surprised about 2.2, could you confirm this as well as the version of LLX currently in use ?

Pierre Hébert In Lightning settings > Current desktop > Miscellaneous the “Hide the status bar” setting is unchecked.
Ok, if you have no other idea would it be possible to force showing the notification bar by Lightning scripting somehow?
Thank you so far for this great launcher. I had Go Launcher Ex before, which is also great, but uses a lot more resources and has not the cool zoom feature like LLX.

Ah and about your other question: I use Android 2.2 (Froyo) on my Samsung Galaxy Tab P-1000 with the latest LLX version in Google Play store (I don’t know where to look for LLX version information). It runs like hell in comparison with Go Launcher EX which I had before. And beside the notification bar problem it works great.
