LLX has really come a long way with outstanding features, but it really makes me sad, seeing icon pack problems still not fixed.
Here is an example comparing LLX and Action Launcher Pro using Umbra icon pack. These packs like Umbra have masking feature, to maintain a unified look even with the unthemed items. But LLX does not support this.
Neither Action Launcher nor Lightning Launcher are broken, but a lack of specification in how themes are applied lead to having some packs designed in some way, and other packs in some other way.
Yes Pierre Hébert , these are of course not ADW icon packs. They are more likely nova/apex group. But They do not have any problems with those launchers. For unified look these packs provide nice solution (apart from rooting of course).
As we mentioned in previous posts, Motif, Umbra, MIUI5 are some significant examples. One of the most popular packs Nox (being an ADW pack) has background problems too. I hope we see an improvement in LLX soon :).
