hello. this is my new set-up I’m trying to set. I’m not sure if this a bug though.

1st screen shot is whole layout. widget 1 and widget 2 are set to pin vertically.

so when I slide screen right (photo2) its a sort of sidebar. when I slide it left its another sidebar (photo3).

when I double tap screen (togle zoom 100%/zoom out) I have widget3 in a screen. I also see a little bit of widget 1, but not widget2.

I dont know if widget 1 or widget 2 is buged.

but I would prefer widget2 behaviour.

I checked all settings on both of them widgets. but cant find any difference.

does any one has any ideas?

edit: photos are out of order. sorry about that. but it should be obvious enough.

In screenshot 4 if you see the widget 1 but not widget 2 this is because you scrolled a bit to the left, isn’t it ? Hence you can’t see widget 2 because it is outside of the screen to the right. Is this the problem ? I am not sure of what it is the problem in fact.

in screenshot3 whole layout is visible and its simetrical.

screenshot4 is zoom out so I cant scroll at all. but widget 1 and 2 dont behave the same way. even settings are the same.

Pierre Hébert When in edit mode and scrolling with 2 fingers i always end up editing things I don’t want to edit and I think its because 1 finger touches the screen before the other and its causing me to drag and pinch stuff instead of scroll the screen, Any chance of adding a new option to the menu that can enable scrolling with 1 finger (Just scrolling and zooming no moving/resizing) thanks.

vaidas whydoes I believe because these widgets are pinned only in one direction and it can’t play nice with zooming: if an item is not pinned, then it will zoom, if pinned XY then it will not zoom at all, but for pinned X or Y, that’s problematic : you can’t zoom it, but one of its coordinate is changed according to the zoom level. I think this explains the problem but I have no solution for that. Vertically pinned object can’t work great when zooming in/out.

Jay M indeed, it is sometimes annoying. I will do something but I need to find a proper solution. Some of the possible options have been discussed in the past IIRC.

I do like that pinned items wouldn’t zoom.

As a problem solution I moved widget on a left even more to the left so now when I zoom to full scale this widget is also not visible. and now I have room for another column of shortcuts 🙂
