New apps that are installed do not show in the app drawer until you chose refresh from the menu…. On the latest beta. I’m running a one plus 5 with the latest beta 2 of Oreo. Otherwise, solid beta so far for me!

It used to work reliably in the past, but it seems the feature has been deprecated over time and launchers do not use any more the good old way to detect new app. I’ll try to see how it should be done now.

Pierre Hébert Gmail unread badge in Ligtning is not working at all with my phone. (Galaxy a5 2016, android 7) I do not know why – sms and call badges are both ok. Please look at it 🙂
