When I set “hide notification bar”, when I try to expand the notification tray, it automatically opens and closes super-fast, no matter what technique I select for expanding it (like swipe down, tap, etc). It’s so fast I can’t even read it. It’s there a fix for this?

The fix is in the beta currently. It is linked with status bar transparency on Android 4.4 only: temporarily disabling transparency should be a valid workaround until the next release.
