Long click desktop -> click plus sign at the top of the popup -> click plugins at the top of the next popup -> scroll & select lighting Sketchpad -> a panel containing the sketchpad will be placed automatically on your desktop wherever there is some free space to accommodate it.
Assumption is you have installed the lightning sketchpad plugin already.
There is a no option of plugin at the top
BALJINDER SINGH i guess you’ll need to enable the expert mode.
Go to launcher settings -> General.
You’ll see a checkbox the to enable expert mode. Then retry.
