Pierre Hébert

Pierre Hébert,

Would it be possible to add a wake lock event?

What I have in mind is when reaching a stop point (for example) a full wake lock could be set, keeping the screen on for a specific panel, screen etc. I assume there would have to be a matching event to clear the wake lock?

I’ve often thought I could make use of this, and just remembered to ask.

You could maybe do this with tasker. With a script on the stop point, that launch a Tasker Task which will set the screen timeout to a particular time (unlimited is possible)!

Possibly when the next version is released? But I am really struggling with scripting. 🙁

No scripting needed here. Just set the reached event to launch a shortcut -> tasker task -> your task

lmao Chris Chastain yeah I use secure settings for that…. . however Lukas Morawietz wasn’t that supposed to be for the specific panel? . forgive me I just woke up so I’m probably not thinking straight

Yep. Seems to work fine. Whenever I slide open a certain panel, screen stays on. When I close it, screen timeout goes back to normal.

Thanks everyone and forget my request Pierre Hébert. 🙂
