About adding items into folders/panels when waiting above them.

I know this was discussed before, and you add a delay to help, but now with a lot of panels…I really need an option to disable that feature (so you can’t add items into panels/folders dropping them).

Someone else? Maybe it’s only me.

“Lock” on specific containers (folders, panels) would be great, yes. Or at least confirmation whether one really wants to drop into container.

I’ll be happy just with a check box in general settings to enable/disable the ‘drop’ feature. My desktop has big panels and big fixed items…when I need to change something I need to move things very fast (but it seems that I’m slow)

Well, maybe just a setting for the duration as you suggested a while ago… Zero would be equivalent to the previous no delay behavior.

Pierre Hébert I think 0 should be “locked”… though it’s not intuitive. But THAT was the demand in this post.

A possibility is to have a checkbox and the time setting.

Another one is to have that number between -1 and the maximum. So -1 will be the ‘never’. 0 will be instantly and so on.
