in free mode… if user have set some gestures (for example down) on icons or files and rotate for example to 45°, now must gestures doing down in 45° for use (gestures directly down isnt function). Is it posible not rotate gestures, only rotate with icons?

Unfortunately not, because events need to be interpreted in the object coordinates space, for instance it is required for scrolling widgets, or any other item that have complex interactions.
