If the user downloads and installs a new language package, I propose to set this language automatically as selected. And once again show a welcome dialog, and all the hints set as unread (to appear again in that installed language). And dialog for online help manual – i mean long tap on items in settings).

In theory the language pack should be picked automatically upon restart, and the app was previously restarted automatically by the android framework upon pack install, but this is not the case anymore with newest android versions. I need to check if I can safely detect this and restart manually the app.
Reseting hints is a good idea.
