do they?
A. stop scrolling when you are scrolling left but not right or stop scrolling when you are scrolling up but not when you are scrolling down. (does that make sense, this is what i was imagining)
or
B. stop scrolling when you are scrolling vertically but not stop scrolling when you are scrolling horizontally and vice versa.

By using scrolling stop points you can make the screen stop scrolling e.g. in the middle of left screen to make a kind of sidebar.

Klyntone Bourserk the short answer is “they don’t, they will”.
The long answer is: as of today the exact settings that will appear for each stop point in the next release (and beta) will be:
– direction (a combination or left to right, right to left, top to bottom, bottom to top) (default=all)
– whether the SP stops scroll, drag or both (default=both)
– whether the SP is a barrier (you can’t go beyond even if flinging several times) (default=false)
– whether the SP is active if outside the viewport boundaries (default=I don’t know yet)
And, if I manage to do it because it is a bit more tricky than the aforementioned options:
– snap !

Klyntone Bourserk I just figured out that with future stop points it will be possible to build a labyrinth, isn’t that a pretty nifty feature ?

Pierre Hébert Of course it is!!
I though about that feature:
If you fix all items except one or two, you make a labyrinth, and you put the non-fixed items at the end, you’ll get a very secret items!!

TrianguloY and in the middle of the labyrinth you could one or two false app that would be shortcuts to the entry… Oh… Something has to be done with this…
