Interesting there both color well it did say simulate color space so I guess I should of seen it coming lol, my bad.
I found the option under developer settings.

It’s difficult to manage widgets content. That could possibly be done, but that would be expensive. The app has either to traverse all views that compose the widget to modify color properties and bitmaps or create a snapshot of the widget as a whole and tint it. The main issue left is to be notified when the widget is updated in order to apply the tinting, I am not sure this is possible.
