I am ashamed to say that I made such mistake and was very confusing.
(I couldn’t unlock my phone for while… )

Unfortunately this is difficult to do because there are many ways to unlock in addition to the unlocker. Hence it may be that a desktop is valid even if there are no unlocker on it.
In order to get out of a lock screen without unlock action is to reboot once. LL will never display the lock screen upon a reboot for this reason.
What I can do easily however is to always display a warning message when the desktop is selected as a lockscreen, something like “Please make sure this desktop can be unlocked, either using an unlocker, or through a custom unlock screen action”.
