   No. more of free rotation. I have a widget I need to invert for proper orientation on the screen

   Long click, position, detach from grid.

   
   

   Edit mode, click some times until the handlers change into the rotating ones, rotate it

   Detach item from grid first then either use the geometry editor or tap item in edit layout mode until the rotation controls show and use them to rotate
