  1. a) Put the icon on another desktop

    b) make it invisible and unclickable

You can have folders and sidebars on one desktop on reference them on another?

  3. Yep. This is helpful when setting up a new desktop, and you want a couple folders setup like your old desktop. Just set up a gesture linked to your old ones.

The only issue to remember, don’t delete the other desktop without first copying those folders from it. ;-)

Sometimes I’ll just put folder icons on a different page that I can’t scroll to, in the same desktop.

Chris Chastain, how do you set up a desktop with pages you can’t scroll to?

  6. There’s several ways. Sometimes I use stop points. Sometimes only enable horizontal or vertical scrolling. Sometimes (often) I completely disable desktop scrolling

How do I completely disable scrolling? I see that useful if I have a number of side bars.

  8. settings – desktop – scroll/zoom options
