Ahh, I don’t think so. All I’ve found (anything remotely related) are shortcuts to edit the layout and things like that – but none that are that specific within the layout.

This is possible, but quite a big work. What I have in mind is a more advanced feature. Since layer is something that often come back in discussions maybe it would be nice to be able to group items, and then act on these groups (position, alpha, z-index, etc.).
