Thanks for the Update. Transparent statusbar works now on Note 3. But only on the desktop, if i open the app drawer or another app it switches back to black. Is it possible to extend the funktion to the hole sytem?

Ingo Paar Great ! You need to enable it also in the app drawer, or in any other desktop you use.
Regarding other screens (settings screen mainly), I prefer to leave them this way currently.
