   it use to be its pretty easy now with the new toolbars. Its just because your probably use to simple launchers were everythings done the same way. Lightning was designed to be customizable and lightweight and unfortunately that comes with a learnng curve. If i was you if your not up for learning how to use this launcher id refund now before your window closes

   if it hasnt aready already, quick tip long press icons on the toolbars and it will tell you what each icon does.
