Something that I’ve run into:
If you put more folders into a folder, or panel, their settings can’t be changed at once through defaults. This is because:
– default folder window settings of a desktop aren’t inherited
– there is no default folder window settings for folders or panels
Maybe I am overlooking something?

Inheritance of settings is on Pierre’s agenda, claimed this ages ago. My workaround: place real folder on desktop at a place outside the visible area. At target position I create an LL Action shortcut “Open folder”.

When I can get time to finish this, there will be an option to toggle between the old and the new behaviors. I discovered this is not very efficient while editing setups, because changes may have to be propagated on more containers than before.
