Looking for help with LLX, on a Galaxy S3 running 4.3.

I was organizing My Drawer.  I had a folder with some apps in it.

I was just moving it around and it vanished.  Can’t find it anywhere.  I’ve zoomed out to see if it just went far away, and I’ve checked to see that it isn’t under (or in) some other item.

And I cannot figure out how to put the apps that were in it back into My Drawer.

Can you please help?

Perform a reset on app drawer will give you all icons back, but will also delete all other structures

I have got that problem several times with an item that I loose and can’t find anymore or after a long time. This is why I’m asking if it is possible to have a LL functionality to display on a screen the list of all containers and items so that we can find all what we have even when they are “lost”.

Lukas Morawietz Yeah, but I’m hoping to not lose the work I’ve put into organizing My Drawer.

Eric Le Bourvellec Alternatively, being able to add items to My Drawer would help too. Don’t you think?

To find all items you can use the script TrianguloY has postet about 16 hours ago

But you will need to modify it a bit to search in the app drawer. (And you will need the beta)

Lukas Morawietz  Yes you’re right,  the script written by TrianguloY is helpful in that case. Still it’s not the perfect solution, i’ve explained what would be a better solution in TrianguloY’s thread

Eric Le Bourvellec OK, that’s a job for Pierre Hébert , i think such an overview would be helpful, but not possible(/easy) to script, so maybe something like that can be included in the settings…

Agreed, such a tool is becoming increasingly needed, something like a hierarchical and collapsing view, with desktops, panels and folders. Each item would have a few options such as display infos, delete, customize, highlight/select in edit mode (something else ?), but I would like to fix the “vanish” problem too ! Could it be that the item has been moved to a folder (maybe pinned folder or item) ?
