I assume you are trying to backup the apk. You can’t do so. It is blocked by android. But since you have purchased it, it will be always available on Google play for you to install.

MyAppsharer is an app that can share apk, a backup apk is made on the sdcard. Is that what you mean? It works on my android version 4.4.4
