   I don’t think we can, its probably to make the panel easier to see when its empty. Would be great if we could hide them though.

   From Edit Layout mode:

   
   

   Long press panel – Customize Item – Box

   
   

   Select the borders and set size to 0.

   
   

   It’s no different than any other item.
