7.91 feels smooth and seems a bit faster. Other than the bugs I have reported it is running nicely.

    Thanks Jim !

Do you know on which occasion the new item becomes unresponsive ? I think that you can recover it by switching desktops forth and back.

I was thinking at adding a restart entry in the long tap menu for the “All apps” icon. Not everybody have this icon on the home screen, but I fear that a restart entry in the main menu is too easy to reach by mistake…

That’s a good news if you think that this version is snappier, because I worked a lot on this 🙂 You should especially find a difference when moving items in/out of folders, or customizing a particular item.

I agree with you – it actually runs smoother and I also wanted a menu item “Restart”

Other than the weirdness when adding items to pages other than one. When I do that the added object behaves strange until another is added. Then the new one is unresponsive but the previous one is fine.

Thanks for the hint Jim Friedlander ! I was able to reproduce the bug reliably 🙂 In fact it will not happen before to open the desktop view (either configure desktops, or select a desktop for a shortcut), then it happens all the time for any added item.

Implementing restart as an action is a nice idea. I think I will do this way.

Hi, not sure it is LL or LLX beta issue. I set “swipe up” for app drawer, but this behavior acts laggy. Sometimes I need to do it twice, three times, etc. And I use Note 2.

I am wondering whether this could have something to do with the physical screen size: maybe the swipe has to be longer to be taken into account (minimal swipe distance is a fraction of the heigth or width). If you make along swipe gesture, does it works better ?

Yes actually it does work better with taller swipe. Maybe you could add an animation for opening appdrawer too.

    Planned 🙂

Maybe I should lower the threshold distance for the swipe then.
