Hello. I have a strange bug you can see on screenshots.

If I check “Status bar and content overlap” launcher works as it should be without turning this option on.

Phone Samsung Galaxy S7, android 7.0

    Had the same experience.

    Seems another Samsung ‘feature’.

The launcher tells the ui to draw behind the status bar, and so it displays a space. However it seems that the ui doesn’t allow it, and so all is drawn below the bar.

Does Samsung have a built in setting to turn the status bar transparent on specific apps? If so try to set it on lightning.

  3. TrianguloY No, Samsung doesn`t have such option.

  4. Statusbar overlap as temporary solution.

    This only on Android v7.

  5. This also happens in edit mode on a desktop. (You can see that the toolbar on the right didn’t extend to the status bar at the top of the screen)

  6. It’s an Android 7 issue. When I tried ressurection remix 7, I had this issue, that along with all shortcuts not registering.i went back to stock 4.4 (ancient I know) and everything is working just fine.
