When I launch the “show floating desktop” shortcut from another app, instead of the floating desktop appearing over the top of that app, the lightning launcher home desktop appears with the floating desktop appearing on top of that.

Is it possible for the lightning launcher home desktop not to show?

This may not be a bug, maybe a feature request, not sure

That would be a great feature! For thai, I’m using “Swipepad” app from play store (here : play.google.com – SwipePad – Hyperspace Launcher ). I never find a better way to launch shortcuts from anywhere and any launched apps.

    Enjoy !

Thanks Lionel. I’ll have a look.

I had set the floating desktop to sort when long pressing the home button (using an app called Home Launcher). I tried using the floating desktop as it’s intended, with the swipe edges, but in find then unreliable… Sometimes i have to swipe the times for it to work

Glenn Thomson I’d suggest to check out ‘Everywhere Launcher’.

It’s ‘Lightning Launcher’ of sidebar and floating apps. Very Very Very customizable.
