I thought I got somewhat familiar with Extreme settings but now, after an update I have realized I can script the launcher. However, I cannot find any option where I can script. Can anyone help me find it or a good manual according to which I can learn it?

It is possible within this script?

1) If something, execute any part of the code, else make any from events and action (LL action, for example: select a wallpaper or toggle status bar or add item, etc).

2) Or is it possible

1) open some file from SD card or internal memory

2) rename some file

3) delete some file(s)

by script in LL? I mean open and play some video or music? (for example: sd card/folder 1/folder2/video.mp4)

I have really devil ideas for version 11 🙂

current status: now user can add some items or widgets to folders. User can have opened more than one folders (or not must have). But everytime if doing tap to icon, app run in full screen.

my new idea:

Is it posible add to LL some parametr for example? Open in full screen, open in same window (for panel, or folder), open in window with width size and height size in x and y position (user set), window transparency (from opaq to transparent), maybe something else? For close this window have in right top side cross for kill app., enable or disable this window by swipe to border.

I mean… multitasking run app on one screen. I know, user must have more RAM and CPU, but future phones and tablets are becoming more powerful and powerful.

This new option with your functional script editor = mega bomb launcher 🙂

If user doing open folder and now is opened window, enable by drag and swipe (up/down/left/right) moved opened window to different postion (for example same function as in windows xp, 7, 8, etc.) (in settings for folder add for this settings, some as: pin (yes/no).For example, due sidebar (not to allow move).

 And add to some corner (enable set where is be in settings) cross for closed folder.

Bug report (it’s been a long time since my last one 😛 )

This bug is something I reported months ago, but wasn’t sure what the cause were, and I thought you fixed it. Anyway, now I know.

Bug: when a folder (as item) has their icon set to ‘grid’ or ‘stack’, the Z-index of the items inside the folder (as container) is automatically set from left to right, top to bottom any time you enter/exit edit mode.

Problems:

1) the ‘move forward backward’ feature is useless.

2) if a script (wheel of items, zoom scroll…) takes the list of items and modify the position of the items, it change every time you go into edit mode.

No-problems: I understand the reason is to let the folder icon render easily just taking the first items of the list.

Solutions:

1) fast fix user-side: change the icon to ‘icon’

2) don’t change the Z index automatically. This will make folder icons with ‘apparently’ random icons.

3) modify the ‘icon taking’ of the folder to check every time the top-most and so on

4) as usual, a new setting to enable/disable this
