Whenever I long press my recent apps button it open the red menu at the bottom of the screen (which I don’t use). I need it to not do that because I am using button remapper. Where’s the setting? Also, what’s the difference between the groups for Lightning Launcher and Lightning Launcher Users?

  1. Well, I’ve tried EVERYTHING even changing Settings/General/Events and Actions/Menu Key Long AND Short to Do Nothing. EVEN tried a restart;Lighting overides this and resets to Toggle Menu Settings. This was something I planned to undo myself once I had everything set up the way I liked. It has obviously been hardwired into LL V14. looks like a job for Pierre Hébert to tackle on his next update!

  2. Patrick B doesn’t do that here. What device?

LL Users is public and really just meant for quick questions by (newer?) users, so they don’t have to join the private community.

The original LL community is more in depth, beta releases/support, bugs, posting your own .apk files, sharing templates, etc.

  3. I don’t think LL has control of the Recents key at all.

  4. Chris Chastain I’m using a Galaxy Note 8.0 Kit Kat 4.4.2 maybe that’s why.

  5. It seems that strange behavior in LL is usually on a samsung device. Wish I could help…
