Sorry about the total newb question.

Sorry about the total newb question.

I’ve just installed LLX and I’m using a fairly vanilla setup. When I open a folder, although I’ve set a background colour and the transparency is 255, existing icons on the desktop (under the opened folder) are visible.

I’d like the folder background to have no transparency so that there isn’t a mess of folder icons mixed with desktop icons. How do I do this?

Is your background color fully opaque?

    With folder open:

Under folder settings – current folder window – long press the “box ” to select all the segments . Then below where you pick the color, make sure the slider in the color picker is all the way left.

Thank you so much for your help!

Seeing Lukas’ question, I fiddled around further and realised that the first part of the colour code for a custom colour was transparency, which I edited to ff, but it’s easier just doing as you suggested. ☺
