Guessing from your post:
If you are asking about why the wallpaper or black screen is shown momentarily after unlock, that’s something normal with no-so-fast devices.
Try to check ‘minimize ram’ under general settings.
If your question is completely different…post it in your own language, perhaps someone here can translate it.
