Last update not setting very well with my Note 4. Going to settings then General gives me a black screen and then FC. Also scrolling is acting very weird. Panels scroll past stop points and don’t drag very well.

Regarding panels and stop point, would it be possible to have a sample of your panel setup ? (using a template)

I just updated again and the General Settings looks good. And I think I have got some of my scrolling issues fixed. The only one I still have is that I have a panel below my home screen and it scrolls up fine but only scrolls down if your finger is dragging it down, ie.. no fling action like with all the others.
