This may have been mentioned (Google+ is hard to search, very ironically), but is anyone else experiencing problems with saving / loading new custom desktop / folder styles with LLX 8.6.B1 (R1115)? I can’t get it to work at all, and it even crashes when attempting to save over a new custom style (I’ve emailed in the crash report).

Thanks for the log Michael Plotke ! I am currently looking at the issue. It seems there is a problem while decoding some style files but I can’t reproduce the problem. The real question is how the launcher has been able to create badly formatted styles. Would it be possible to get a copy of the files in the app directory (under files/themes) or a copy of your backup file (probably easier) ?
Deleting is only possible for custom styles. All built-in styles are automatically recreated, maybe this is the problem ? I designed this on purpose but I must admit that I don’t recall why…

I’ve sent you my themes. Even deleting a style I’ve just created doesn’t work. My circumstance is that I’ve very recently upgraded from LL to LLX, so that might have something to do with it.
