Since the most recent update I notice a difference when showing the notification bar. My notification is usually off. When I show the notification bar the whole screen including widgets gets scaled down. Before the update there was no scaling and the notification bar covered whatever was on top of the screen.
Don’t know if this by intention or a bug.

Could the problem be linked with something else (to be determined…) ? I don’t see what could have produce this effect.

tee bee, Pierre Hébert Thanks for replying, should have mentioned LLX. Have same settings like you and didn’t change since LL 7??. But your first reply made me have a look at the “Lost+Found” settings. I activated “Rearrange items” and the scaling is gone. Actually now it is like before. Swear, didn’t change any of these settings during the updates.
Anyway, not a big deal. Thanks for the great lauchner!

Peter Schneider weird, this rearrange option is new. Would you have a screenshot of the problem ? I still don’t understand what is the cause of this issue.

Pierre Hébert actually I would like to very much. But, just wanted to move one icon off the screen and now my whole setup is totally f… up! Widgets streched over more than one page are small like icons (at 16×16) and don’t let me resize again. That will cost me quite soem time.
Could this be related to the latest update?
Try to keep the status updated here.
Except one pinned Zooper widget all other widgets and icons are like pinned in the upper left corner of the screen. You try to move one away the next one will take its place.
I can resize a widget but when I try to move it, it jumpes back to the upper left corner. I am lost!

Peter Schneider I recall you toggled the “Rearrange items” option some time ago. I guess that the app is trying to layout your items in a table but for some reasons it fails, probably because there are too many different sizes. First, make a backup of your setup as it is, and send it to me if possible, secondly deactivate this rearrange option, then you will be able to move items freely.

Pierre Hébert Yes, I toggled the “Rearrange items” hours ago. Since then it was working fine. After the “crash” of my layout I first tried to toggle again, re-start the app, the device and toggled few other settings I thought they could be related. But no luck.
I started over with my layout on a new desktop in hope the old could may be saved. Then I got you notice and now the toggle seems to work. Sure will have some work to re-setup.
Backup is coming soon.

Hi Pierre, doing some fine tuning and get the scaling again. This time I got a shot of the screen. Guess I have to post the pic separately. Don’t know how to attach here, send it by mail.
