In 12.5b1, there seems to be an issue with either exporting templates or importing them.
In 12.5b1, there seems to be an issue with either exporting templates or importing them. As far as I can tell, the exported file seems to be fine. I added a “.zip” to my exported template file and peeked inside. All the images etc seem to be in place. When I tried to import the file on another device, it doesn’t add the page. In fact, it’s almost like lightning force closes. I’ve tried exporting and importing several times. Not sure if it helps or not, but all that’s on the page is an analog clock made with bindings. Sergio Azar, when you imported my template, did it add a page with no clock, or did it not add anything at all? It’s not adding anything for me.

Thomas Greer The default LLX template opened with hints and all like you would get when just installing Lightning.

Sergio Azar that’s what I got, but that’s it.

BTW can you share the bind formula for the minute and hour hand?
]]>

Right, there seems to be at least one issue: when replacing the current setup. What I can see is that merging seems to work, but replacing the setup with a template where desktops don’t have the 0 id will behave exactly as Sergio Azar has, a default setup. I don’t get any force close though, so maybe there is something more.
I am not sure when this bug has been introduced, possibly before the beta.

Pierre Hébert I did a merge and it was like I never loaded anything

Minutes would be:
animate(‘$ll_minute’)*6
Hours would be:
Animate(‘$ll_hour12’)*30
]]>
< ![CDATA[
Sergio Azar ⬆⬆⬆
6 * 60 = 360
30 * 12 = 360

Sergio Azar
If you want the hours to gradually change, (like a clock normally would. Example: at 5:30, the hour hand would be halfway between the 5 and the 6), the code would be:
$ll_hour12*30+$ll_minute*.5
If I’m thinking about it correctly.😕

That works Thomas Greer. Exactly what I was hoping on. The animation resets by winding backwards after every cycle, so I’ll leave that out, but thanks for the info.

Sergio Azar awesome! Pierre Hébert did it right. The codes are basically the same as Zooper. So any Zooper advanced properties that have a lightning launcher equivalent, should work with a little tweaking.😀

Sergio Azar or Pierre Hébert, will one of you see if this template will merge?
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yzjdyk8665j3itk/bindings%20tsf%20clock2?dl=0
If it merges, it’s something up with the template files my tablet is exporting. It’s running 4.4.4. As far as I can tell, the ones exported from my phone, (4.0.4), are fully functional regardless if it contains bindings or not. Thanks

Thomas Greer It worked that time. The template came up with 2 desktops, the second had the clock. Your clock images appeared skewed on account of my screen resolution being 1440 x 2560. I had to do a bit of tweeting adjusting the image size. It may pay to use 9patch images.
Cheers.

Sergio Azar haha! Yes sorry, I had originally just threw it together quickly as a test. I might play with it some more, and clean it up along the way.😉
]]>
< ![CDATA[
I didn’t tested with this template, but I think the bug should be fixed in the new update.
]]>
< ![CDATA[
Pierre Hébert I’m not sure what the deal was, but it was just my tablet. I’ll test again and check to see if it’s fixed.😉

May I ask for a link 12.5b1

My device is not able to renew to 12.5b1 why ?
Is there a link other than in playStore .. ?
]]>
< ![CDATA[
saelianti ananda have you enabled beta testing?
]]>
< ![CDATA[
Also this is 12.5b6 now, not 12.5b1 anymore, fortunately, because there was big bugs in b1 😉

< ![CDATA[
Thomas Greer I wear this sat version 12.4.2 , when I open it playstore 12.5b1 version . That’s what I wonder it ..
]]>
< ![CDATA[
saelianti ananda hmm…that’s weird. What’s the “R” # in parenthesis after your version #? Example: mine says V12.5b6 (R2241).

Pierre Hébert what was the last non-beta release? Was it 12.4.2?

< ![CDATA[
Yes, this is right

< ![CDATA[
Pierre Hébert thanks! saelianti ananda it sounds to me, like beta testing is still not activated somehow.
