Sometimes showed in zoomed out scale (e.g. unlock icon at bottom/middle is shown above and left of that position).
Also, sometimes coming our of lock screen shows app drawer in stead of last app. Closing drawer shows the desktop, not the last app as expected.

I got this problem of position too but I couldn’t understand what happens yet. It seems to be linked with items on the desktop, as if some widget was focused.
Regarding the stack of applications, this depends on android version, which android version are you running ?
