Transparent folder background.

1) Folder’s properties > Icon > LAYERS section > backgroung image

2) Displaying icon picker, then, push button “X” (No icon)

It’s cute!? I like it very much!

But adding/removing items to the folder, it displays background image.

I get tired each time to copy/paste a style or set property again…

    I’m not sure if it’s a bug.

    Could it be your desktop default settings for icons?

    If you change the folder icon style to ‘icon’ that won’t happen again…But if you change items inside the folders that won’t be shown on the folder icon :/

    Thank you for replying.

    By the way, this script,

    LL.getCurrentDesktop().getItemByLabel(“Folder”).setIconLayer(null,”b”);

    Applying transparent of the folder background (that item(s) has already entered).

    But that folder is refreshing icon and keeping transparent bg according to the number of the add/remove items!

    I’ll continue…

    What happens here is that removing the icon allows the launcher to rebuild a default background (no custom image is the default). By selecting a fully transparent plain color from the image picker it will set a custom background for the item, preventing the use of the default and automatic background.

    Color!! I didn’t notice!

    I already wrote script that applied transparency to all folders based on script of my previous comment…

    Null_bg and transparent color is a similar result.

    Thank you!
