Now I have 9.0.b3… Lenovo P770 4.1.2
1) I have two panels. First is older and in this panel i cannot move with app icons, not can edit, not edit layout mode, etc. Second is new, and in this panel i can doing everything (for example move with icon, long tap on icon, go to edit layout mode, etc.).
2) if on screen i select customize lightning, now is new menu with settings, current destkop, lock. I understant.
When i select Customize panel content, now is visible same menu. I dont understant why… please directly to customize panel content…

I’ve also got this bug.
I did put multiple panels beside each other inside another panel and… Bam, I cannot click, slide or change anything. But I can edit layout via menu. But nothing more.
Found in both b2 and b3
