I have for app drawer /my drawer seted: horizontal scroling only and seamless x to yes. I doing sorting by az, and now i have every items on position 0 (dots page indicator is in one line) . If i install some app, on video i install google news, everytime LL this new app add to screen on position 1 (dots page indicator have now two lines). Probles is for gestures, because up or down now doing switch sorting and i cannot go to screen + 1 position, i must doing new sorting az, now i have already screens in 0 position (only one line for dots indicator).

TrianguloY Maybe you mean: i dont like LL. This is very wrong. I love very well LL!
But… We are on g+ for programmer, and other users who know, how LL working. And LL contain more or less bugs. In my second job, i doing testing some programs and apps.
And how repair this situation?
Maybe if user have set only horizontal scrolling, add new app to last screen (probably to right side).
If user have set only vertical scroling , add new app to last screen (to down/bottom).
Or add to settings new option for setting, what user need, where expect new app.
Scroling for other (both, auto, no scolling), here i dont know. Maybe you, or Pierre Hébert, Lukas Morawietz, or something else have good idea…
I mean, this problem isnt only in my drawer, this problem is in other containers (normal desktop, folder, panel), after user doing for example add to desktop from app drawer, move from panel/folder, copy to desktop, etc. or after automatic added shortcut by google play (if user have enable to yes in Gp settings).

I didn’t realized that you were somehow showing a bug, and it is true that, if only horizontal scrolling is enabled, the item should be placed at the right instead.
