V12.3.1

V12.3.1

I reflashed my Rom and installed LLX from scratch. All is good so far – except for one thing. Regardless of what I set the swipe up gesture as it always opens the red LLX menu along the bottom of the screen.

I’ve cleared the cache, rebooted and gone through the settings (expert and normal) and can’t find a reason for it. Is anybody able to shed any light on what I’m missing?

Go in settings / general / event&action / swipe up and choose what you want to do

Thanks, but I have already done that. The problem is that what I specify in that screen is not being executed when I swipe up on the home screen… It’s always showing the red LLX menu at the bottom of the screen.

I also tried reinstalling – but I had the same result. Time to dig up a logcat to see if that says anything…

Red? It should be orange sounds like your running an old version

Anyways Menu/desktop settings/events and actions/swipeup its probably set to user menu change that to anything you want.

It should, but I just can’t seem to get anything other than that menu showing up. It has worked previously, but it’s been a long time since I started with a fresh install and didn’t restore anything.

Unfortunately g+ doesn’t want to let me attach any screenshots from my mobile. When I get to work in the morning I’ll post a screenshot or 2.

Ok sorry, didn’t understand that 😛

Look at the gesture in the current desktop (setting / current desktop / event & action)

I’ve been trying to delete that red llx folder but it won’t. I did before but I did a fresh install and now all I can do is enter edit mode with no option to delete folder.

Olin James I don’t think you can delete it, but you can hide it. For me it’s in General / event&action / press menu key

Na ya cant delete it, only change it.

Maybe you need to be in expert mode I dunno could be a bug if its not changing.

Stahw Down…. That was it – thanks! I completely missed the current desktop event&action setting. I guess I were focusing a little too much on the word gesture.

Jay M… Now I’ve had a few hours sleep I see you were saying the same thing. Thanks to you as well
