Last update made it better, but now it is random. Some pop-up are pushed back by the lockscreen. Some are displayed by the lockscreen. I still can’t tell what the pattern is. (I think it is when I forgot the reminders for too long, it no longer appears on the lockscreen)

I think this is time based. My guess is that after 20 seconds the pop up is pushed back under the lockscreen.
I will install Digical and experiment with it a bit.
