Hey, Pierre Hébert ! Sorry it took me this long, exams plus the first week of the semester.
Hey, Pierre Hébert ! Sorry it took me this long, exams plus the first week of the semester.
I’ve been using the lockscreen and at some point alarms stopped popping on top of the lockscreen – now when the alarm goes off I only see the lockscreen, when I unlock, I am taken to my usual desktop. To access the alarm and shut the damn thing down I have open the notifications and tap on the alarm notification.
Other usages that play with the lockscreen and screen on/off haven’t been affected so far!

In fact all pop-up reminders are killed by the lockscreen. Calendars, SMS, alarms.
I think the issue is that the lockscreen run like an application that keeps above everything else. So when you have a pop-up it flash for an instant before the lockscreen kills it.
But for alarms, Timely works fine

Indeed, the problem is that some apps sometimes put themselves on foreground even if they shouldn’t (i.e. g+). LL attemps to waorkaround this by putting itself again on foreground when turning on the screen, but this causes problems with apps that really need to be on top, such as alarms. Some alarms do this the proper way, some don’t. And the problem appears here. I am working on the problem currently.
